PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. By using this website, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below (these “Terms and Conditions”). Manhattan Psychiatry, P.C. ("Manhattan Psychiatry") may revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Manhattan Psychiatry website (the "Site,") following any revisions or updates to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to signify your acceptance of such changes.

Licensed in New York
Dr. Patel and Manhattan Psychiatry are licensed to practice medicine in the State of New York, USA. If you are accessing the Site from a state other than New York that prohibits communication between individuals and physicians not licensed in that state, you must exit the Site immediately. If you are accessing the Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Site Does Not Provide Medical Advice
The contents of the Site, such as text, graphics, images, information and other material contained on the Site (collectively, "Content") are for informational purposes only. The Content is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No Physician-Patient Relationship
Use of the Site does not constitute the establishment of a physician-patient relationship between Dr. Patel and/or Manhattan Psychiatry, on the one hand, and a user, on the other hand. If you are experiencing any medical problems, you should base any and all decisions only on the judgment and advice of your personal physician who has examined you face-to-face and entered into a physician-patient relationship with you. In no instance shall a user attempt to diagnose a medical condition or determine appropriate treatment based on the limited information contained on the Site.

Website and Online Privacy Policy
Manhattan Psychiatry is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect aggregate web log information, such as number of total visitors, browser types used, lengths of visit and similar information, which is used to process requests and to provide you with additional information. Manhattan Psychiatry does not collect personally-identifiable information on the Site.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Manhattan Psychiatry may provide aggregate statistics and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include any personally-identifiable information.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of the foregoing information by us. Liability of Manhattan Psychiatry

Indemnity
You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Manhattan Psychiatry, its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees and expenses, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Use Outside the United States
Manhattan Psychiatry is based in New York, New York, in the United States of America with principal offices in New York, New York. Manhattan Psychiatry makes no claims that Manhattan Psychiatry or the Site are appropriate or may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. Survival of Terms
The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions for any reason whatsoever: Liability of Manhattan Psychiatry, Indemnity, Jurisdiction, Governing Law and Entire Agreement.

Jurisdiction
You expressly agree that non-exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Manhattan Psychiatry, or in any way relating to your use of the Site, resides in the courts of the State of New York sitting in New York County and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of New York sitting in New York County in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving Manhattan Psychiatry or its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflict of law rules thereof that might result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Severability/Waivers
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid in any jurisdiction by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions in such jurisdiction, which shall remain in full force and effect and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions in any other jurisdiction. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions and the Manhattan Psychiatry Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Manhattan Psychiatry with respect to the use of the Site and the Content.
